Construction plans have been prepared by Engineering Ministries International. This unique ministry has a presence in Guatemala. A team of professionals visited the property, developed a master plan and have since returned to complete detailed drawings for the proposed campus.

Phase 1 calls for a 3 story building that will accommodate 550 students. More on the plan.
