Today marked a special milestone in the life of the project. The DeMott team completed the roof and on the final sheet they stepped aside and ceremoniously let the school board members drive the final screws.

The event was also marked by shuttling many of the students out from the present school site. There was music, a short drama and words of thanks and gifts for all of our volunteers. After the program everyone was invited to a hot dog and soda lunch. See it here

Thank you World Wide Christian Schools and thank you DeMott Team for the two weeks of incredible work. Not only did you initiate this project but you were able to complete this complex task before leaving. It is a master piece and the crown of what will be a source of community pride.
